How to arch 2 doorways?

All thru my house the doorways are arched except in the kitchen- Is there an easy way to arch 2 doorways? I was told they don't do that anymore but I like the look.

The kitchen probably wasn't arched to allow for a regular door to shut away the cook and the odors.

you bedroom and bathroom doors are arched?? where do you find doors for them?

  Bedrooms are up stairs & are regular door ways. The arched entry's are downstairs. 2 are square & 2 are arched. I don't have any wood frames around the arched ways bud do have on the squared ones. Ive taken the wood frames off & want to fill In the squares to make them arched. They are regular entrance ways so pillars & fancy wood work will not work.

  DIY for sure. I just meant it would have to be custom fit to your doorway/frame. You can always do a search. I'm sure someone else has done a project like or close to the same as yours and you can submit a question to them or something.
  Your house sounds unique. I love a house that has design elements that you don't find in every house. Hope it works out for you!

I love the look of arched doorways. Anyone that tells you "they don't do that anymore" is either lazy or doesn't know how. Keep looking. A good carpenter will and can do it.
