Fuller Brush has a product called Dissolve. That did it on my Mustare colored tub wall . Lordy I just remembered that apartment. Only detractor was that ugly colored bathroom.
Once fiberglass "yellows" due to age or sunlight exposure, no turning back. They probably installed the cheapest fixtures they could find.
