How to Make a Pallet Fence?

I can get some pallets free, large or small. How can I make a utility fence to hide my trash cans that are on the side of my house. Give me an EASY - I am kinda girlie and not handy! (I do have a handy man but I have to pay him, which I will do if need be).

Go to a construction site and ask if they have any or would save them for you. They throw them away. But if they save them for you give a specific day to pick them up.
