have you tried a magic sponge? Not sure it would work, but it seems reasonable. Those things are truly magical!
If the deck stain just won't come off, match Rustoleum to the vinyl. Any major paint retailer out to be able to mix a blend for you, or tell you what colors need to be mixed for your vinyl matching. Rustoleum comes in small cans, and I assume you don't have a large area to cover. If the area is tiny, you may be able to use model train paint or car touchup paint. Best wishes 😇💖
