A cheep way to paint or redo a concrete basement floor.

I have a large basement. The grandkids use it for tv. It’s old concrete floor. The basement use to leek and fluod. That has been fixed. Now I just want to clean up after many try’s of painting has failed and the paint has peeled.

There are a variety of concrete paints out there and the key to making it stick may be the preparation and priming . There are other options that might work too, carpet squares, foam matting (that go together like giant puzzle pieces) available in most home improvement stores and at Harbor Freight...
You may find that spending a little more now will have longer lasting results with less work later.
