How can I make a wall water feature?

My back deck has a partition wal, to block the sight & sound of our air conditioning unit. Currently, it’s plain & boring. I want to spruce it up by creating a wall fountain, without breaking the bank. How can I make a DIY wall feature w/ water?

I have seen water features that are as simple as a shower head and a wash tub... the rest is all plumbing and electricity.
You could have a 1/2 barrel on the deck, lined with pond membrane as your catch basin, adhere tile/rock/brick in a pattern vertically, then route your tubing up the back so you don't see it, drill through the fence m poke the tube through and allow the water to trickles down your design
