MIrror Backsplash

With both money and patience very quickly running out with this home reno - I decided to go with a mirror I had on hand for a backsplash -
Will I be cleaning it constantly - most definitely - but it looks better than nothing - until
I get up proper subway tiles :)
Maybe I'll just stop cooking until the reno's are complete LOL
It's a perfect fit!
Same view - sellers MLS photo when we bought the house - a little reconfiguration was done!

I need some metal molding like quarter round for a kitchen makeover I am working on. Do know who makes metal quarter round? I have looked on line and have not found any.

I love this look! I really like the mirror but, yeah, you'll be cleaning that often but that maybe a good thing because at you will be able to clearly see the grease spots and can lift if off and clean it as often as you need to. I worry more about the glass cracking due to high heat. Great idea using the shelving units as open storage. Are they adhered to the wall or counter somehow? Where did you purchase them?

I’ve been told that a mirror above the stove is good feng shui (not sure that’s spelled correctly). I think it’s pretty too.

I just did this with an antique mirror I had forever and even though it is high maintenance I love it. My kitchen now has a view out the windows of the great room. I also installed a narrow glass bathroom shelf for spices above the high back of my antique 50's GE White porcelain range. I have gotten tons of nice comments and I love being in my not so dark kitchen. It makes me smile now.
