call your local county extension office....sometimes you can get grants for repairs.
Call your local social services office and them if they have any referrals for non-profit companies. one would be Habitat for Humanity.
What state you live in? I can Google and find info for you. Generally your local Department of Aging has programs available.

I agree , in Pennsylvania where I live it's called Bureau of Aging. If your local Habitat for Humanity can't help, they should be able to refer you to someone who can. You could also ask at a local senior center.
