Judy has a good idea. Most people get their paint from Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, Menards and even Walmart. There is a type of paint made to be used on Cabinets and Trim that I would think would be a good choice. Then again, often people use chalk paint - it's "the rage" these days. The original chalk paint is Annie Sloan's brand, but many other paint companies are making their own these days. You can also make your own with any water-based paint that you want. Just google ' make your own chalk paint ' to look up the various recipes.
