Who makes the sticky note adhesive? How do you clean?

I like to use blue Dawn dishwashing liquid and warm water

There are several brands of "re-position-able" adhesive... mostly spray on... Scoth and Krylon both make one... I have used either Goo Gone or WD 40 to clean the glue off stencils (lay glue side up on newspaper or paper towels, spray, wipe down, repeat if needed... use soap and water to remove any oily residue)

try using goof off or Krud cutter

Use some Dawn dishsoap will break that up for you. Goo Gone is also great for cleaning up residues.
