Try drinking Green Tea. But you can brush your teeth with baking soda and that should whiten your teeth.

Soak/Wash in OxyFresh. They have a spray now too.
If it is your teeth get the new whiting sets they sell at the drug store. They work great. If it is your sink us bleach.
