I had an old Chritmas tree that I was going to throw away. I decided to use it instead to make these Christmas decorations. There are wire L shaped tops which was the part that hooked into the tree pole. Leave these on as they make good connectors and hangers. It would also look pretty with spray snow added. Window boxes could be filled with just a few branches and decorate with lights and balls!
Shelf swag.
I used one of the middle branches from the tree. Added ribbon, berries and pinecone.
Shelf swag.
I used two branches from the top portion of the tree. Used a wire tie to connect and added straw ribbon.
Using one of the bottom branches of the tree and added other greenery and berries.
Porch swag
I used one top and one bottom branch. In the middle of the top branch I used a wire tie to connect the larger branch. Added balls, ribbon and poinsettia clip.
