Make it your own by making your own Christmas Centerpiece.
I used a large (the size of a door wreath) round platter that I wasn't using. You can buy a large round platter at the Dollar Store if you don't have one.
I used double piece of heavy tape to secure candle base in my hurricane lamp.
Hurricane lamp base.
Wreath and large round platter.
Clear Hurricane lamp for center. Still need candle, ornaments and pretty glitter type decor. Use the colors you like. I'm making this a little more formal but you can do it with any Christmas type ornaments, pine cones and the like.
Cut or snip to the size you want to fill in gaps in centerpiece. I used what I had.
I love it and it took more time to type this than to make it.
Finished. It's my creation. Why not make one too!!!
A pretty tall candle in the center is all it needed to tie it to a theme. I bought a luninaire candle that has a on five hours off 19. It goes on the same time everyday. How cool is that?
Cut to shorten stems to fill in open areas.
One Round Tray or large server plate, ornaments, small berries and wreath. Note: you can buy at least a dozen small Christmas decorations(Joanne's, Michael's, Dollar store to cut costs too). You would just surround your hurricane lamp with them as opposed to using a wreath. That's a small hint for the thrifty decorator.
