My son purchased his first home and it's a fixer upper
The bathroom was the first room we started on after tearing all the carpet out the house.
The bathroom was completely outdated. There wasn't any tile surrounding the tub. The vanity sick was too small
Cleaned it out and painted the bathroom a navy blue
Removed the medicine cabinet, vanity, lighting and toilet
Added tile and new faucet and shower head in the tub area.
Added new lighting above the sink and ceiling. First we laid a vinyl flooring, however, some caulking and painting was done on the ceiling and paint was on the floor. It was hard getting it off.. (after thought - make sure all painting and caulking is done prior to laying the floor).
Since it was left over from the bedrooms, Installed laminate flooring on top of the vinyl flooring. Also used some peel and stick tile between the mirror and vanity. Installed new toilet as well.
This is the new bathroom
