Kitchen Pot Rack - Industrial Style

Thanks to Carrie@Lovely Etc. for the idea and instructions :) for DYI Industrial Curtain Rods here on hometalk. When I saw her post I knew I found the rack I wanted. My cabin is vaulted to the roof over the kitchen area so a ceiling mount rack was not an option for me.
Finished rack hard at work
In need of....
I purchased the supplies according to Carrie's instructions but since this would support a lot more than curtains I used heavier gauge pipe.
I mounted the rack to a 1x4" painted pine board. Then I mounted the board to the wall into the 2 studs it spanned.
A local farrier made these hooks in the various lengths that I wanted (he does such nice work) a shout out to Cw Farrier La Pine, OR
and we were all ready to celebrate the end of 2013!

Where did you get the hooks?

@ @Lori Jackson I described what I wanted to a local blacksmith Cw Farrier (Chuck) in La Pine OR and he had them ready in a few days top quality at a reasonable price.
