Christmas is a wonderful time when we meet with loved ones, we invite them to join us for a nice time together. Let's show them that we care about them and prepare a very simple Frosted Mason Jar Tea Light Holders.

Every year I try to think of a new DIY project that will make the interior of my apartment more enjoyable. Below I invite you to a short tutorial.

In the first step I prepare my place of work and thoroughly wash all the mason jars I want to decorate. Remember to wash them well because the effect of the frost that I apply will not overly paint the washed glue..

The next step is to thoroughly cover each of the jars with a special imitation of frost. The product is available in most handicraft shops. The preparation I use is called Frost effect paint. After drying, it creates the effect of frost.  For impatient as always I recommend using a hair dryer ;)

After drying we have a beautiful effect of frost on our jars ... The preparation can be applied with a brush, however, the better solution is to apply the preparation with a sponge brush. The glass is then uniformly covered with frost and looks natural. You don't have to buy a sponge brush. You can use a dishwashing sponge! You'll save money ;)

In the last step, I use what I had at hand ... The additional decorative effect I decided to use was the dots. To make this decoration you need a preparation bought in a handicraft shop (Pearl Pen). The use of the preparation is very simple, just put in the jar gently squeeze. After dipping it, let it stand for a few minutes and wait for it to dry.

That's really all! Jars can be decorated in any way I have added the chain of beads and I bind up the jar with a jute string. At the next jar I glued tiny gift boxes. It all depends on your idea and creativity.

As I mentioned at the beginning of the project is very easy, cheap and everyone can do it in just one hour. What do you think?
