i think so. I am in Real estate and many of my buyers have benefited from the home warrant.

Yes, I think so. When we purchased this house, the kitchen sink started leaking in the first week. Months later the ac went up. So we saved quite a bit of money at that time.

  • Depending on where you live and the annual premium, yes, with a house that big, it would certainly be helpful. Shop around as coverage and benefits can vary greatly from one carrier to the next. Where I live it is typical to provide a one year home warranty along with the sale of the home which is renewable by the new owner when it expires.

Home is at the age, when still has a lot of original parts that will need replacing. I would purchase it.

Read it carefully.......a lot of things after a certain age or how it was serviced will be void. If you have a lawyer ( at hand ,have him read it and advise you)

Not a bad idea. Should one of your appliances die you would be able to replace without full charge.
