i found you a site that has free patterns for doll houses. There are some simple9'es that should be doable for Christmas.

Look on Pinterest, I think they even have some made out of cardboard that were really cute.

Our local Hobby House sells dollhouse kits.. I am sure that Amazon, or Ebay will have one.. or you can Google: doll house plans (many will be free)

You might want to build a special platform on wheels for it.. they can get heavy.
