How do i get sticky goo off of jars and cans i re-use them and paint ?

- Jeanneon Nov 29, 2017Use goo-gone or one of the many products like it. Depending on how sticky you may have to repeat the process. Basically either directly pour goo-gone onto the sticky area, or apply goo-gone to a clean rag and wipe the rag over the sticky area. Let it sit for a few minutes then wipe it off with a wet rag. If the area is still sticky, repeat the process.HelpfulReply
