What is the best home made cleaner to clean pop off of my bird cage that is SAFE FOR MY BIRD. Store bought cleaner is to costly for I have a large bird and a large cage.

Vinegar and water should clean it, I don’t know if the smell of vinegar will bother your bird though.

I use a little lemon juice in plain water in my steamer. I have a little steamer I use to get wrinkles out of my clothing it came with a couple of cleaning brush attachments I use. The steamer works real good and there is no chemical residue or odor left.
dish soap & or baking soda if an abrasive is needed, might event try laying cardboard in bottom of cage or get some of those oven liners and use the power hose to spray off and let dry these trays are generally $1 each if they are not big enough one of those oil catcher pans that go under the car in the garage then you could take it outside and hose it off I use the oil catcher tray for my dog pads to protect the floor
Baking soda and warm water paste is my go to home cleaner
After you get it clean, lay tin foil where the bird poops to keep the moisture off the cage bottom, then completely cover the bottom with newspaper. Change the newspaper at least every other day.
