Hi David, I throw mine in the washer! If they are white, add a little bleach. To dry them, tie the laces together and hang them on the inside of the dryer door with the knot on the outside of door. You won't hear them clunking around if you dry them this way.

    Good luck!

Wash them in the washing machine and then if the rubber trim is still dirty make a paste of Dawn and baking soda. Use and old toothbrush to scrub them clean. Your shoes will look brand new!

Hi David. I use dish soap and water. I then scrub them with a tooth brush and let them air dry completely.

I wash mine in the washer also. Never put them in the dryer though. I use Oxyclean, not bleach.

Most of the manufacturers will include instructions on how to clean the shoes...(my Sketchers can be washed in the washing machine and dried in a low temp dryer.... I dry mine in with a load of towels to keep down the thumping) if not contact them and ask.

I throw my running shoes into the washing machine on gentle with a little soap and bleach and they come out like new. I usually throw some old cloths in too so they do not bounce around too much.
