Is it to early to make candy for Christmas Day?

    It depends on what you're making. Look on the directions for how long you can store it. That should help you decide.

    No..just freeze until closer to Christmas

    No, sugar does last a good while. I made all ours before Thanksgiving!

    Depends on the type of candy. To me, some like fudge and divinity get dry. Hard candy should be ok if stored correctly.

    If you can make it now and freeze it that would help. I made a huge peach cobbler and froze about 3/4 of it. Cookies generally freeze well as do cakes. Depends on what XMAS candy you have in mind.
