Didn't find any reference to the part called a clutch for vertical blinds, but did for regular ones.... here is an ID - click on pictures for bigger pic.... http://rolleasepartsexpress.com/clutchidentification-2.aspx I would check with the manufacturer of your blinds, there is usually a label in the metal channel at the top
