How do you convert a full size bed to queen size

    Don't think you can, you cannot cut a mattress unless it's foam type, and then the actual frame would be the wrong size. You say full size, double or King? Are you trying to go smaller or bigger?

      I have a full size bedroom set that was given to me but the set that I have now is a queen so I wanted to convert the full size frame to a queen

    A full size bed has a smaller mattress, box springs and frame. Get a new set.

    Full size is 54” wide, queen is 60” wide....sometimes (depending upon the style style) the headboard can be used for both sizes, but the mattress and box spring will have Alec to be replaced

    You have to have extensions added to the frame on the size and the side rails have to be cut and made longer. I found a company in Texas on ebay and mailed them the side rails to my old iron bed frame cost about 100.00 and it worked. Look up on ebay about making bed que

    go to any store that sells matt. ..... they can get you extenders for you bed.

    I'm sorry I'm afraid I don't understand what you are trying to say.You seem to have both full size and queen size, whatever full size means. So if you have both why do you need to alter one. What do you mean by a set?
