How to repair silver plated finish

I've had these reindeer candelabras which are brass constructed with a silver plated finish for years. I have always stored them together and used them together. One is perfect and the other is...well....pitted. I have no idea how to repair the one. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
I would spray paint all of them with Rustoleums metal finish paint so they all look the same

line a pan to the depth of the top of the item with aluminum foil, coat baking soda on the top of the foil, cover with water. This works for silver... so try it on a spot that isn’t visible first. It looks like there is a coating on the item if it works you may want to spray it with a clear coat to preserve the shine.
Could you put greenerry around the two deer to hide the pitting. Since you love them so I would take them to a professional.
I love them! If the actual coating is not important, you can spray paint them
both, maybe even another color like white, copper or brass.
