I am NO crafty person at all!!! Trust me...if you don’t, just ask anyone that knows me!😆 I wanted to make a beautiful, fancy, and gorgeous looking wreath for Christmas...just like many of the ones you all make. But, I don’t have the “creative-crafting“ gene. Here’s my interpretation of a very easy, lovely and public-worthy Christmas wreath. (I will adapt this “wreath recipe” for other holidays.)
Materials: Foam wreath form, deco mesh, push pins/floral pins, and 6 poinsettia decorations. Wreath form...Walmart. All else...Dollar Store.
Wreath form.
Dollar Store deco mesh, pins, and poinsettia decorations.
Start wrapping deco mesh (or ribbon) tightly around form. Use pins as needed to ensure the mesh is secure.
Once completely wrapped, just check all around the form for loose places and pin as needed on the back.
Poinsettia decorations from the Dollar Store. I think these decorations were intended to be used as Christmas ornaments.
Center two poinsettias and use push pins to secure.
Continue to complete wreath with rest of poinsettias.
I made a very simple hanger with a pipe cleaner and push pins.
Voila!!! A lovely red poinsettia wreath made by my very own hands!!!
You can adapt and make this for any holiday, occasion, or specific room.
