You can buy porcelain paint at the big box home improvement stores. Drain the bowl below the scratch, apply the porcelain paint and let it dry for 24 hours. I did this do a toilet with a chip in the lower portion of the bowl and it totally hid the chip. Good Luck

You can try Barkeepers Friend. It's great for porcelain and hard surfaces. If you have or find plates you love but have the little dark lines that are made from cutlery, this will take it right off. Comes in powder or liquid. I like the powder so you can make a liquid or paste. You can find it anywhere in grocery or hardware stores by the publishers and cleaners. Hope this helps........ 😁

A pumice stone (made to clean porcelain) rubbed on the scratch should take care of it.

I will give it a try - better than buying a new toilet.

Bar Keepers Friend cleanser and Polish. you can buy it at Walmart. Is in a can similar to Comet or AJax.
