FIRST wash the bed cover, then , clean the mattress, and scrub it very carefully. Let this dry, without any covers on it, and then in a FULL DAY - you can put the fresh mattress cover on the mattress, with a clean cover, and sheets. This should care for it. If not, redo it all, and when the bedding is being washed, pull out the bed, and clean UNDER the bed, and wipe this area, with a cleaner also. Make sure the frame of the bed, is all clean, as you have the area all nice and clean. Best wishes, J.

You can buy specialty made encasement covers for mattresses, box springs and pillows, with a zipper closure. Look in the bedding department where you shop or order online. Also allergy encasements are available.

Raid in the purple can,for fleas and bedbugs,is a nice scented spray. It is about 6 dollars a can. That will eliminate the bugs that are there. Read instructions on the can before use.
