My teenage daughter needed to buy a secret santa gift for a co-worker. She was not sure what she wants to do and the budget for this gift is nothing over $10... pretty limitednon what to do, and make it be something special.
so, I grabbed my purse and headed to the dollar store to grt supplies to make a candy bouquet... decided on a Christmas theme.
bought $8 worth of candy and the $1 for the basket. I had all the rest of the stuff at home, tissue paper, styrofoam inserts for the basket.
everything was at the dollar store. Super neat gift for a teenager and didn't go over budget!
Hope you like it...
All the supplies needed.
Used a glue gun to adhere the styrofoam to the bottom of the basket.
Used bamboo sticks and taped them to the back of the candy.
Used these for fillers...
Ised tissue paper along the sides to hid the blocks.
Started to add the bigger candy.
Keep filling.
Torn tissue paper in small pieces to then put them between the candies.
View from the top.
How the back looked.
