What to put in this huge mason jar?

I think your cabinet is for music, circa 1920's '30's. The buffet is lovely. Don't see a chair.

I think both the chair and buffet are Empire style
I have a reproduction chair like that!!! Nowhere near as nice. This is beautiful stuff. Don't sell unless you must!

Corner chair looks Victorian to me, and the carved figurehead looks like the famous/notorious model Evelyn Nesbitt.....
