What paint is the best to paint outside of plastic bottles?

I have bought even the paint made for plastic to paint pots for our plants to have them all the same color. Unfortunately I still haven’t found a paint that will remain stuck more then a few years at best! All pots were prepared for painting cleaned and sanded when necessary and nothing has made any difference yet! Paint isn’t a long term solution if your not wanting to repaint every couple years or so?
