How do I remove a bathroom mirror that is glued to a wall?

We are redoing an older modular home and discovered that the mirrors in both bathrooms are glued to the walls! The edges of the mirrors are worn and showing black and we were hoping to replace them. If they cannot be removed without damaging the walls, any suggestions how we can work with them?
Didn't know if the edges could be painted to look like they're frames? Open to any suggestions!

You will probably damage the walls removing them. I would suggest building a frame around them to cover the worn edges. Wood or tiles can be attached to the glass.
The article provided is a good one thet advises you how to remove the mirror with the least amount of damage to your wall or to yourself. I would add just one additional piece of advice. Before starting with the crow bar, apply heat to the glue holding the mirror to the wall using an electric hair dryer. Heat should somewhat soften the hardened glue making it a bit easier to remove the mirror.

Please take the time and safety measures of
1 - covering the mirror with packing tape so if it breaks any shards should not cause injury
2 - wearing protective eye coverings.
