Out junkin' and what do I see??! This guy!
Old and brownie frownie and left in the back room of a big warehouse.
So I swoop in and save him!
Can you see where the record player used to sit?
But once closed up, you've got this perfect place for storage. And it's got beautiful detail! Time to make it pop!
And original hardware was a plus too!
So I'm using Junk Monkey Paint to give this guy a quick transformation! I don't have to prime or sand or strip! Just clean and go bananas!
I'm going to lay down a base color, something in a blue shade!
Then I'm going to give it some layers! I like to use Junk Monkey Glaze on top of paint to give that beautiful blend effect! I use this one to highlight and the brown glaze to darken!
To really get this same effect, these brushes are perfect! They are all rounded tips! Perfect for melting colors! (Links at bottom)
