I spray painted a vinyl recliner and it wont dry.. help

what paint did you use?
You want to make sure you use a spray paint for plastic when painting vinyl
You probably put the coat on too thick and/or the weather is too cold.
The chair should've been cleaned with clear ammonia first paint don't stick to chemicals or furniture oil that has been put on it or body oil
The room the chair is in might be too cold.
