Kitchen Update on a Budget

When we walked through this house on our home search, I quickly checked it off my mental list and was ready to see the next house. But my husband saw something more. He saw the potential that I couldn’t see. So, we went to a few more showings that day and ended up back at this one.
I'm so thankful my husband saw the potential even if I didn't. Using lots of paint, new white appliances (less expensive than stainless), new hardware and lighting, we were able to keep our update budget-friendly. The backsplash, counters, and flooring aren't my favorite, but we were able to work with them to keep costs down.
Painting the cabinets and walls really helped turn this kitchen around! Also, adding a little red accent here and there gives the room a little more interest against the neutral background.
This is what the kitchen looked like when we bought the house. Surprisingly, it was actually one of the most updated rooms in the house!
The white appliances really brighten up the space. We could have gone with stainless appliances, but they were just too pricey for our budget. I actually really like the white now that we have them!

Lovely job! Nice n fresh! I also prefer white appliances to stainless, for many reasons. My question is-what are the names of the greys you used. Thank you.
