These supplies are what is left after, I thought I was done decorating. I had to think of some projects to do to reduce my inventory.
I completed 5 easy, easy, projects in no time at all. Here's the first one. I found a cute box at the dollar store. I couldnt believe that they also had a small string of lights that were run by a battery. What I did was made small holes in top and pushed the lights through. I attached the battery pack with a glue gun. I just put the box together and I was done. My cost $2.
Ok, the second easy project. I had one clear plastic ornament, I took the top off. I had leftover garland, I cut a small piece off and filled the ornament with it and put the top back on. Quick and EASY AND FREE!
Project number 3. I had a leftover ornament, i picked up a yard sale for .25. It was gold leaves with red berries, both not my favorite colors. I had left over berries that were blue. I took all the red berries off and replaced it with the blue ones. I had silver spray paint and carefully covered up the blue berries and sprayed the leaves silver.
Project 4. My Christmas mail basket. I found this basket at the salvation army for a $1. I already had the silver spray paint, so I sprayed it. My favorite colors blue and silver. I purchased silver and blue poinsettia at hobby lobby for an earlier project. When it dried, I just started sticking the flowers where I thought they would look good. I placed it outside near the mailbox. I have a coverd porch. Total project cost $3.49.
My fifth and final project, I had 2 snowflakes on a stick they were already blue. I added put a small crystal in the center and I found a little silver bird, and I attached it to the snowflake. I could stick these anywhere cost $1.
I hope you enjoyed the end of my Christmas 2017 decorating projects. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
