All scratched, stains plus need to change drain cover. There are “nicks” from razor being “cleaned” at bottom of sink basin
If the sink is easily removable and a standard size and shape, replacement is a good and not too expensive option. But, if not, re-glazing can yield very good results. It is a curable coating and is tough but not completely impervious to damage. But, pay the few extra $$ and have a person that does it for a living. Also, remove all the fixtures and drain so the complete sink can be re-glazed without leaving gaps.
Best to replace it. Glazing is costly and doesn't last long with water contact. The kits available will not hold with water contact.
The countertop is usually caulked to the cabinet. A little prying and cutting with razor knife it should come off without any damage.
Most bath vanities are sold with sink separate from cabinet. Yours looks like that. It's usually held in from below with some clips that screw into the cabinet. You can usually find a sink of the correct size for less than $100. check out these at Home Depot...
