we had the same issue, and I couldn't adjust the wheel that stays in the track up any further. We pryed the wheel out of the hole in the board, my husband rolled a piece of duct tape and pushed it down into the hole. This caused the wheel mechanism to be raised just enough to stay in the track.

There is an adjust screw at the bottom of the door on the jamb side. It screws up and down to raise the door so roller will stay in the upper track.
