A Simple Winter Centerpiece | A Chippy Rustic Box

Even though I haven't been stressing over the holidays, I'm still a pretty busy mom and wife and house cleaning lady, ha ha ha, unfortunately I can't afford one to clean my house, so yup, that lady has to be me.
With that said, I don't always have time to come up with elaborate centerpieces or a whole tablescape for that matter. I will if I make time but during Christmas we don't normally host anything so a simple Winter centerpiece is usually what I like to go for.
Remember that wooden box I talked about a while back? ... well I gave it a little makeover and I love it even more so now.
Looks a lot different now than before.
This is the before, what it used to look like.
I used the exact method that I used on the shutters, you can see  here.
really, really love how it turned out and simply filled the bottom of it with a few mini boxes to elevate the candles and filled around them with walnuts I bought at my grocery store and left over greenery from my fresh garland, bought at Home Depot.


Isn't it such a pretty simple winterpiece?
