My family likes to give home-made gifts for Christmas instead of buying for extended family.
This year we decided that we'd create some outdoor decorations that could be used all year.
I forgot to take pictures of the process but I'm sure you've all seen bricks. 😁
So here are our 2 bricks 4 season sets.
After cleaning them we spray painted the base color for each critter on each side and left them to dry.
Once they were dry we painted all of the detail.
Each set included a snowman/Jack o lantern And a ladybug/turtle.
After all the detail was completely dry I sprayed the snowmen with a glitter paint then sprayed them all with polyurethane to seal.
These were so fun for my kids and I to do and everyone loved the way they turned out.
One set of completed bricks.
Suggested materials:
  • Brick paver   (I bought them from someone who pulled them up from a patio in their yard)

I got a truck load of the old style long and rounded or curved garden dividers as flower and veggie gardens are my passion. I am going to decorate my dividing short walls with this concept. I cant wait for spring to decorate my flower gardens even more. Thank you for sharing this great idea. My greenhouse area is going to look even cuter than i thought.
