What is creative way to use single earrings?

Arrrange them into a pattern that pleases you and glue them onto a jewelry pinback. Then you can wear them as a brooch.

This is a little drastic but many people have had an additional hole put in their ears. Not me, but I have seen it done.

If these are wires rather than posts, you can remove it from the wire back and place it on a necklace or charm bracelet. If they are of gold or silver and a post style, a jeweler can solder a piece on it to make it a charm, and remove the post back.

I have worn 2 different ones, you can also wear then on your clothes, collars, necklines, sweaters, make a heart shaped base with a velvet fabric, interfacing lined for stability and put them on it in a nice design, and pin underneath to your top.
