Does anyone know how to get rid of a irritating cough.

Is your cough a wet hacking loose cough, or more of a dry, "ahem-ahem" clearing of the throat type of cough?

I drink 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar every morning just to keep my system clean. After brushing and flossing, I swish a mouthful of hydrogen peroxide for a minute or two then spit out.

After 2 months of a cough, please seek medical attention, you have kids to look after. Sometimes something you are already taking can cause a cough without realizing it.

Take it from a retired RN. Go see your doctor, sooner than later. Even if it is residual cough from two months ago, that isn't right. You have two teenage sons who rely on you and your care and love. Don't take chances with your health. It is not worth your health to let it go on, there could be an underlying problem. I won't do the natural with my hubby or my kids unless I know what is going on, like a cough that goes with a cold, or a muscle pulled, or something that can help until I get them to a doctor. It could be something simple that the doctor would ok a home remedy, or it could be something that you need antibiotics to get rid of. Please take care of yourself.

I think that you should see a doctor and not ask for advice from people on a home improvement website. It may be serious.
