    I use plastic bins from Walmart. But you can go to Goodwill and get cookie tins, baskets, Tupperware containers, anything like that. A cheap bookshelf and you’re set.

    Clear, over the door, shoe storage racks. I’ve used these, tacked to a wall, for everything from crafts to medicine ‘cabinet’ to storage in the panty. Good luck!

    pinterest.com will have some good ideas for you... We save our coffee containers (Folgers, Maxwell House, Yuban, etc.) and Paint them to cover the labels.... Lowe's has a "chalkboard" tape to make labels changeable.

    I use a lot of bins from Dollar Tree - some of which stack and that is really nice. Here is how some other Hometalkers store their craft - and some of their storage was created by recycled materials (clever) https://www.hometalk.com/search/posts?filter=craft%20storage

    Clear plastic drawer type dressers can be had at Walmart for under $20, the drawers are deep and can hold a lot. That might be a place to start. I use stackable CLEAR tubs of all sizes also. I can see what is in each tub and they stack on each other in the corner of my craft room. I also have a craft table set up that has a plug in it and little deep spaces to lay small objects I am using that day. You might use a board or door over two short file cabinets also with 2 drawers in each as a bench area to work. I put up hooks (that can be moved or taken down without damage to the wall) to hang some of my small electric tools above the plug on my craft table/bench. The key is to have a place for everything, be able to see it or locate it, and everything in its place. You might want to put up a peg board on the wall. You can hang S hooks on it to hang power tools etc. Also a dowel rod with all the ribbon dispensers is handy, and a message board to jot down supplies as you think of them to keep from running out of a particular item and want to remind yourself for later. Small or large Chalk boards can be made with a board and chalkboard paint...that simple.

    I built a lego storage table pretty darn cheap. You can also use it as a craft table. Here are the details;
