yes you can paint a freezer or refrigerator match other appliances, use appliance paint. I did it when I got a new stove and they look great!
Easiest way to match them up is to paint both at the same time, you don't have to paint the whole cabinet, maybe just the doors. The doors are removable and can be sprayed in a garage or taken to a professional painter

Spray paint for appliances is sold in the big box stores. Rustoleum makes it.
Yes, we did by using appliance spray paint but works better in warm weather so bubbles in cold.
