Mositure on windows inside

Use troughs or bowls of table salt which will collect moisture in the air. Pour away water on a regular basis. Can be dried out in Microwave or Oven from time to time..... or buy commercial Damp collection troughs (Not expensive) They use Silica-gel..........

They are wet because cold air is coming in. First try to fix that using weather strips. Then try a damp-rid product that absorbs moisture. Never heard of the salt trick, worth a try.

Caseyem is right, caulk, they have a rope caulk you simply press it between the gap of window & edge. It's surprising how much cold air can find it's way inside. There are plastic kits for Windows. Use double sided tape, put up plastic sheet then shrink plastic to seal with hair dryer. It's early winter, good luck on your project!

So are mine in the winter. Water from the inside is condensing on the cold window panes. The only way I know to solve it is to reduce the humidity in the house with a dehumidifyer. (We have all new windows and doors).

Make sure you are using the exhaust fans in your home. You need to pull that moist air out.

Cold air meets warm air and you get condensation.

You can reduce the humidity with a dehumidifier, but an alternative way to go is get insulated windows, double panes with a gas as a sealer and new frames-probably the most expensive way to go.

Less expensive but more labor intensive is caulk gaps to keep cold drafts out. Damp Rid products, shrink wrap inside the house, and insulate to the hilt.

You could get an evaluation of your house to see where you are loosing the most heat, gas and electric companies offer this service, probably not for free.
