You can try this cute idea-https://www.hometalk.com/diy/decorate/rooms/this-ikea-hack-hides-an-ugly-electrical-panel-28800924

Paint the panel door with chalkboard paint & use it as a note center, shopping list or reminder. That would not interfere with access to the breakers. Below it, add a little holder for chalk & eraser as this will make it look like an "intended" thing. Cost would be very minimal.

Hope this might work for you.

I would get a picture larger than the panel and hang it over the electrical panel. Just remove it when you need to get to the panel.

thank you 😊 I have tried that, nothing yet has worked for various reasons. I am thinking of having my husband build a wood frame, with a hinged door, and having the front be something like a mail, chalkboard center. 🤔

Years ago, I had the same problem. I went to a salvage shop and bought a shutter slightly larger than the panel. I attached it on one side with hinges. Painted and decorated it to my taste. Now, when I have to access the panel, I just swing the shutter open. Easy, Peasy! Everyone is surprised and can't believe that there is a panel behind it.
