The Start of My Inspired Faux Brick Wall

Hi y'all,I was so untreaged the other day by the faux brick walls that I decided to do this to my solid red wall in a bedroom,thought this was the perfect place..it's underway as I post this..taking a lil break..here's a few pics of the starting..post more later as progress goes towards end..comments,advise,encouragement all welcomed
PS..my husband "the brick Mason" said I was nuts before he seen the sample corner
Started with a flat brick,next pic ,traced around it
Done this corner first to see if I would like it
Loving it I moved forward on to rest of wall.slow work,but not in a rush..
Looks lil sloppy ATM,but I hope in the end it will all come together..
