I live in Indiana and have more sun than shade.
My Hibiscus bush has multiple blooms, but they only open to about half. Do I need to put something on the bush to make the blooms open up fully?
I manage to kill baskets of petunias despite having them in full sun and purchasing those that don't need dead-heading.
