Don't use carpeting, it's a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Find some throw rugs, that you can wash.

Luxury Vinyl tile plank flooring. Waterproof, soft underfoot, not cold, easy to clean and cost is minimal for a bathroom. I love it!!!

none --- use rugs that you can take up, wash and dry -- carpet in a bathroom will stay damp and get nasty ... unless you use an 'artificial turf' type with special underlayament like is used around swimming pools ...

Never put carpeting in a bathroom or kitchen. Some type of sheet vinyl so it is waterproof and rugs that can be picked up and thrown into the washer when needed is much more practical.
