Use a lit candle or large lighter and determine the source of the air flow. Even check the drains, under the sink, where cabinets are attached to walls, etc. You might just need a quick fix like caulk, great stuff or insulation tape. Be sure to check spaces near the floor, under cabinets too.

I am "assuming" your sink is on an outer wall. My first thought would be the holes cut into your walls, underneath the sink, for plumbing. These can be stuffed with insulation, or even plastic market bags. But an expanding spray foam would be best, long term. If that does not eliminate the breeze, consider the "exhaust" ventilation from an electric appliance, ie, drug, etc. Can't block that, but if identified as culprit, you may devise a way to divert it.

Light a candle. Walk around watching flame to track down draft.

light a birthday candle or a taper if you have one. light it up,take it to the drafty area where the flame flickers...the air leak is in that area. an incense stick will also work. if there is a window some of the cold air may be due to convection...the glass gets cold and it radiates to the inside, that's why people bubble the windows.

Go down the check list. 1. If you have a window over the sink, check that it is completely closed. 2. Open doors under sink. Stuff plastic, old rag, etc around the pipes where they go through floor or wall. 3. Is there a door nearby? Could need some weather stripping around door. 4. Exhaust fans would be last on my list.

Last thing stand where you most often feel the draft. Look around for cracks etc. Darken the room as much as possible and see if there is light coming in where it doesn't seem like it should.

if you have a window over your sink it could be coming from there. Feel around the sashes with your hand and make sure the locks are securely closed.

Light a candle and watch to see when and where the light flickers. That is where your leak is.
